Hi All, Would I be able to control the AC clutch with additional logic? Currently the software only allows clutch disengage via TPS/APS value. I'd like to make such that AC clutch will disengage when TPS/APS is over 30% or engine speed is over 3500RPM. Not sure if this setup below makes sense. AC request is Di3, AC Clutch out is AUX7

Hello there, I have a problem where the A/C only works on fan speed 1. On fan speed 2, 3 and 4 I believe the a/c clutch does not turn on and it only blows warm air on a hot day. I noticed that the A/C Request only activates on the first speed. Since the ECU software does not let you set a voltage activation threshold does anybody know the voltage required to activate the A/C Request? For background I had the system recharged recently, maybe a month ago and I had taken the car to check out the wiring and switches on the console and everything seems to work fine from what I was told. I think it's safe to assume that I have some issue getting a proper signal to/from the ECU as the a/c had worked with the stock ECU in place. Please let me know if you have any insight into this problem Thanks!

VE is definitely way different with alpha-n at idle rpm and AC on vs off, and short of a full 4D fuel table I don't see a supported method of working around it. This is the right trim to use, but it's locked to injector millis and thereby traditional fueling. In modeled alpha-n: AC turns on increasing demand.Engine goes lean with stall compensation via IAC solenoid.Engine dies.By adding 32.5% to my idle cells in a 4D fuel map I've worked around this, accomplishing stable lambda across AC state transitions; but this should be a supported use case.
