  1. 2jzgte vvti, using Fury g4x ecu and custom harness. Ignition output 1-6 have been wire to each coil. Using r35 coils and I've set up a base map but when cranking the ignition timing seems off as it pops and back fires. Does anyone see a reason why. Hi guys just got all my ecu wired in and am on the hunt for a base map for start up to check for leaks and diagnostics before sending it to the tuners, just wondering if anyone would have a base map file they could send me for a 1jz vvti with bw sxe369 turbo, 1650cc Bosch injectors, 044 lift and 2x walbro 525 feeds, just need something that will allow me to run car up to operating temp to check for leaks ect ect have all sensors connected showing all values as they should be aswell so if anyone has a base file that they could possibly send me that would be awesome cheers lads

  4. Hi guys, hoping for some help. I selected the AltezzaLink ecu for my JZX110 with 1JZ vvti due to this ecu supporting the e-throttle and toyota multiplex system. I have made a patch harness which converts the JZX110 pinout to the altezza pinout. Injectors, ignition and throttle are working (tested), but fuel pump relay output (on expansion connector AUX8) is not turning fuel pump on. The fuel pump status always remains off. When choosing the TEST ON or TEST PWM options, the status does show as on but still no fuel pump. I've double checked my wiring. Can anyone suggest a solution or reason for this issue? Thanks, Mitch

  6. So I'm currently wiring in a g4+ extreme into a jza80 / jzx110 1jzgte. The easy stuff is done. Power in Ground Earths Injectors Sensors Vvti I have a few questions regarding different subjects. 1.The only wire I can find for a/c is a/c lock out? 2.I currently have standard coils with the original ignitor. How is this wired into the extreme? 3.the charge light needs to be connected to 14v to allow the system to charge is it best connected to the link ecu 14v? 4.can I run an external boost /coolant gauge as outputs from link? Last question does anyone know what this is? It's connected to cam, crank and o2 sensors @Adamw @Simon

Hello Guys, Im new to the Forum I got couple questions for the PRO's In this room > I have a 2JZ VVTI Customized Engine ( A to Z ) 3.4 L I have 2 MAPS im going to attach, Both are working perfect, Lucky for the 2jz vvti Car owners, They can use my map's ( Im Not responsible about any damage to you car ) Ok I tuned my car in 2 different Engineers And im not sure which one is right, both tuned the car Ignition and fuel table, I need to make sure the value's Of the Ignition and fuel are correct. I have the following setup 750 cc Bosh Injectors with 4 Bar Fuel Pressure Single Turbo dual bearing set at 1.8 BAR starts @ 2500 RPM Using 98 Octane Fuel Off course the biggest intercooler , AKS dump valve , External WAsteGate, MONSON ECU Appreciate Your thoughts and advice the car is running great but not perfect, i know there is something wrong with the ignition and fuel Holding the car power back, i know i can get much more power Of such engine I set my AFR to 13.7 2jz-1.pclr 2jz-1-extreme.pclr
  8. Hi All, I've got my car in for mapping, the mapper says that the VVTI system is unresponsive, yet the engine builder says that the VVTI was operating before the new engine was fitted in my car. The mapper can see the solonoid and the cam position sensor but the VVTI is unresponsive? They aren't sure what to try, as the chap that built the engine said both the solonoid and oil channel is fine in the engine, and it was functioning prior to the link being used. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks.

  10. i am looking for a ecu to run my 1998 lexus gs300 with automatic transmission and has the 2jzge vvt-i fitted. i have turbo'ed this engine using a gt35 turbo and i am going to be forging it and running stage 3 brian crower cams so i need an ecu that will run a 2jz with vvt-i and a auto gearbox if anyone can give any guidance, thank you.

  12. Hi all I had my car at the mappers today and he was unsure how to setup the vvti solenoid on my car. I have a Lexus IS200 turbo which has the 1gfe engine. I run a link G4+ storm and there are no base settings for the 1gfe. Could you please advise how to set this up?? Many thanks in advance!! James berry uk
  13. hello i'm new here to this forum....just upgarded my 2000 supra 2jzgte vvti to single turbo..we went for the vi-pec i88. We have an issue regarding the cam sensor....As its vvti it has 1 cam sensor not 2 like normal gte.the cam for vvti has 3 pick ups (teeth) vs gte has only has one,as for that we're experiencing some problem faults.maybe someone could help.thank you
