Hi, The engine finaly start I marked the damper at top dead center and check with a timing light. Everything is wired correctly. The firing order should be: IGN 1=cyl 1-4, IGN 2=cyl 6-3, IGN 3= cyl 5-2. I don't know why but the firing order is offset, it's: IGN 3= cyl 1-4, IGN 1=cyl 6-3, IGN 2=cyl 5-2.

I checked the wiring of the trigger. A is trigger 2 and B is trigger 1. but there is spark when I crank Ok Vaughan, I will do it and let you know

Vaughan, there is no timing mark on the damper. Maybe I will need to make one. Adamw, yes ignition is wired like you say, and trigger too.

Hi, The engine don't want to start.I'm losing hope. There is fuel and ignition, the sparks plugs are wet. I tried to increase and decrease crank enrichment, increase and decrease ignition advance. no backfire. Firmwire is updated, MAP sensor calibrated. Injectors set to 325cc/mn and finally set to 441cc/mn. There is certainly a small detail that escapes to me. Is it possible for you to check the log file ? Maybe you will see something that I don't see. Thank you in advance for your help. 3800 fuel 98-2.pclr

Ok I ordered a new MAP sensor. Injectors are 441 cc/min. Is this wiring right ? :INJ 1= Cylinders 1,3,5 and INJ 2= Cylinders 2,4,6 I'll let you know when these change are made. Thanks a lot

Thanks for your answer Sorry for my bad english i'm writing from France. Ignition coils are from a Volkswagen Golf 4. Yesterday, I tried to wired the injectors like that: INJ 1= Cylinders 1,3,5 and INJ 2= Cylinders 2,4,6 . It seems a little better, but engine doesn't start. I send you the tune file and a screenshot of the start 3800 fuel 98.pclr

Hi everybody, I'm the owner of a chevy S10, 2.2 engine with Atom. I would like to swap engine with a L67 3800 serie 2 but I don't know how to wire the crank sensor. There is 2 sensors. I don't know how to do with PC LINK to. Can someone help me ? Thanks Patrick

Thanks for your answer, Effectively it's a 7X. I'll install a trigger at the front of the crank like you said. How to disable the trigger 2 in PC Link ? I think that the ECU will wait a cam signal.
