  1. Hi After the using the Link G4 , I add a temperature sensor on intake. This sensor was from ST185 which is the same as on many old models of Toyota. It is similar with starlet turbo, SW20 etc. & also similar with ST205 but with different connector. Is there any info available for st185 or st205 air temperature calibration values? Or i should use the standard? I did this test that you suggest & I saw about 8 deg higher from real room temperature.
  2. Hi With Link G4 +, I have removed the AFM & now the engine is working with MAP sensor .
  3. Hi all I have the standard ST185 IAT sensor on intake manifold & the template for that is the below according to my understand. Although with the above default values, I saw a difference that the real air temperatures about 10 deq higher. I use second in parallel air temperature at the same time from Mini r56 where there is a template to select for that and i see 10 deg difference. I change the Toyota IAT with new one same type but nothign change. Does anyone knows which are the values that should be added on toyota st185 iat sensor?
  4. Hi By increasing the values on AC Step table, it seems that now the engine has more normal operation than before. I have stable 950 rpm with and without AC open. But I would like to ask one more question, I saw that whenever I activate the AC , it seems that it is changed the boost table that I have manual enable by switch. I have 3 boost tables (1st is 0.9 bar /2nd is 1.2 bar /3rd is 1.5 bar). If manually I have selected the 3rd and I will activate the AC then immediately it is changed to 1st boost table. What I can check to avoid that change? Is there any specific configuration on my program or it is a by default ecu protection? Thanks
  5. Hi While I enable the Air Condition, the engine idle from 950 rpm is going lower ( about 850 rpm) & sometimes the engine powered off after a few seconds. Is there anyway to increase the idle speed while the AC is enabled? Below are the only settings that I can find:
  6. Hi remski2 I followed your suggestion and i increase the post start enrichment table as below Now the engine start up is much more better than before, it works properly. I will check one more time tomorrow morning where the temperature will be for sure low and then I will leave it as it is. Thanks again for you help
  7. Hi remski2 Thanks for your help and fast reply, the problem is that when I see when the engine is finally power on, the AFR is about ~13.0 for 15 seconds and with 1200 rpm. How much more fuel, it needs to stay on ? I was wondering if there is something wrong configured on ignition or on intake throttle If in port start enrichment table , i will increase the values of 10 and 20 deg from 26 and 21 to 36 and 31 could be better?
  8. Hi Thanks for your help, please check attached the latest ecu rom and the datalog
  9. Hi When the engine is cold & I try to power on the engine the idle cannot be stable and after ~5 secs the engine is off. If I press the pedal of accelerator during the engine power on and after two-three times the engine works properly &stay on. That time the value on wide band is about ~ 13.5 for few secs & after a while is going 14.7. Does anyone have any idea what I can check on the ECU settings?
  10. I have the 4.9 LSU Sensor # 30-4110 . I have seen on the above conversation the suggested settings. Although just to double confirm , which values I have to use on the below settings please?
  11. For AEM 4.9 wideband, what is the correct settings that we have to use on CAL 4? (On AEM website there is the reference that Bosch LSU4.9 has AFR range 10 -> 18.50 with Voltage range 0 ->4.25)
  12. Yes something like this as you mention (mixture map function) but much more simple than the megalogviewer So according to my understand there is no any way with PC link to have a table with AFR average value per fuel cell. Could be possible in later PC link version to add this function for link G4?
  13. Hi Could be possible to have wideband Trace-log as a table on the same size table with fuel and not as time plot ,so I can find the AFR per accurate cell and understood the accurate fuel cell which should be needed correction ?
  14. Hi Could be possible PC Link application to have Wideband trace - log monitor table together with Fuel table 1, so I can get AFR values matched with Fuel values and tune accordingly? If yes how I can do that? Thanks
  15. Hi I saw that base map , I was looking for any other template (if there is any) that i can use and start the tune under better base map .... since I m new on that ecu
