Feroza

I have a Daihatsu feroza with turbo I’m running a link storm g4+ using distributor as a reference and also a single pulse on the camshaft, I am using ls1 coils, the problem I’m having is sometimes I just seem to lose spark can wind over with no spark then as soon as I let the key go I get a spark. I have checked voltages to the ecu relays and also coils, I have done tests on the coils individually and the spark fine can anyone shed some light
