  1. Hi Adam, thank you for your help. here is a link to last log of the car : https://we.tl/t-FC0nSawrJS I have checked this and cam is retarded when no control is sent to solenoid, this one is not wired on those cars because we have not enough outputs and also there is no gain at all with another timing of the exhaust cam. so exhaust cam never move. We have choosen the Link Ecu because of its reliability instead of the delta SCS wich cause many problems with gear control. we need that every identical cars we build behave the same with same ecu and same calibration ( only PPS and TPS calibration of course ) So what we need is something that works the same way in each cars , we tested 3 sensors on the 2 cars and they have same behaviour, if the link ecu crank sensor system can be different from one to one, that could be a problem for us. thank you again for your help
  2. trig 2 is on exhaust cam, and cam solenoid is not connected, so it is fully retarded everytime. the log files I have are too big for the forum with this shape of signal, how can I be sure to have exactly the same ignition timing for the 2 cars ?
  3. HI all ! I work on two identical cars, one is with me in France, and the second one is in Mexico. both have same Link G4 ecu, same wiring diagram, and same sensors. the car in France works very well, and have a good crank signal signal. the one in Mexico have its crank signal inverted, and have a lot of trig errors, and I can't find what is going on ! in file attached you have the the log from the good car : trigger scope 2021-04-29 and the car with the problem, : trigger scope exhaust 2021-06-13 the car with the problem runs best with falling edge signal, than rising edge. engine is a for 2.3 ecoboost, calibration in files too. let me know if I can test anything. 4. Ok, so finally the most simple solution is wiring the Switch to an7 with a pullup resistor , off at 0v and on at 5v ! Do you think this Can work ?
  5. Hi all ! I have the same type of problem, I want to use the oil pressure switch as an alarm for my aim mxl strada , wich need race studio 2 software. the oil pressure switch is wire to DI7 on my ecu, and is used as a security check. how can I send this information to my dash ? thank you.
  6. Is there any news for this engine ? I have a mustang 2.3 ecoboost with 4 lobe camshafts and gdi pump. and a starting calibration with the triggers / pump and injectors settings will be a lot usefull for me ! If anybody can help, it will be much appreciated ! thank you all
