  1. Brilliant, thanks Adam.
  2. Hi all, probably been asked before but what do I need to wire in a CAN gauge into my supralink g4+ plugin ecu? Thanks.
  3. Finally got to the car the other day. Wired the wideband o2 sensor in and changed all the settings suggested by essb00 and car starts and runs ok. Got it up to temp and car idles somewhat. Then I noticed it was trying to cut out and I noticed on the pclink that the injectors and ign coils were cutting out then coming back on. I managed to get a log of this happening. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/0ktg1bsrdnup1u81763pa/h?dl=0&rlkey=qz1s3mla7wkxjuasma48b6n6d
  4. oh sorry i thought i did share the map file. Ive changed the rpm limit across the ECT range. https://www.dropbox.com/s/dbwp1nczdf06p1y/4AGE 1.1.pclx?dl=0
  5. Finally got it started, turns out we were one tooth out on the dizzy! Issue now is its throwing a code for injector duty cycle maxed out?? And running super rich. maybe because the injectors are maxing out?? And we dont have any idle control due to the fact there is no idle control valve, are there any ways around this for warm up situations? https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/ipf6h0lm6mn49x5dyt6nz/h?dl=0&rlkey=ge5h3zrkheasab4y1y0dk5re9
  6. Engine was running before putting the turbo kit on so i would assume compression is good but will definitely check. There are small signs of life as itll crank then will sound like its trying to ignite, I'm wondering if the high rpm youre seeing in the log is when it's trying to fire. I went into trigger configuration and changed the trigger offset to 352 deg, but made no difference then changed back to -8 deg but still no difference, i would also hit enter each time i changed the offset number. I did check that the coils were firing by testing each one using the ignition test function and were all good. Ignition coils are toyota 1nz style coils.
  7. Finally managed to get to the car today. Imported the ignition dwell control table and got some logs of trying to start. Still no start though 4AGE NO START 1.1.llgx 4AGE NO START 1.2.llgx
  8. Hi all. have checked trigger offset and was at -8 deg , tried changing it to 352deg but still wouldnt start. Changed master fuel to 18ms, still nothing. it would try firing a couple of times on the first couple of cranks then flood itself. would have to pull plugs and clear the cylinders. Any help would be appreciated. 4AGE 1.1.pclx
  9. I took a map from a 16v 4age and adjusted it to suit to the best of my ability as im learning as i go, first time wiring and setting up an ECU. Injector size is 440cc. I will check the trigger offset this weekend. Thanks for your help.
  10. Hi all, was wondering if anyone has any input on this. KE30 with 4age 16v turbo. I have wired in a Monsoon G4X. I have setup a MAP to the best of my ability and carried out all the calibrations (TPS and MAP sensors) but cant get the car the fire up. I have done a trigger scope record. Any help would be appreciated. 4AGE.pclx ke30 4age trying to start.llgx
  11. Brilliant, does the shielding need to be grounded too?
  12. Hi all, just wondering about wiring a link knock sensor into a monsoon g4x. Which color wire goes where? Can't seem to find anything online. Cheers
  13. Hey all, just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Sard injectors and idling issues? Currently have 800cc injectors in my 2jzge-t and at idle when warm it'll start popping. Tuner reckons it's to do with injector spray pattern but could really give me a definite answer. Any help would be muchly appreciated Ecu is supralink g4+ ✌️
  14. Bringing up an old thread. What kind of voltage should I be getting from ecu signal wire to Mac solenoid? I have battery voltage which is switched on power wire and then 11.5v on the ecu wire when the key is on. Having an issue where the ecu is not shutting down but when unplugging the Mac valve it will... Thanks.
  15. I lied, its not fixed. Still having the same issue. Have checked fuel pressure when its happening and it stays at about 2.5 bar. Its odd and very intermittent. Drove it to work the other day and about 3 mins in it stalled, started up fine then about 10 mins in to drive started to lean out and try and stall but managed to limp to work. On the way home exact same thing, about 3 mins into drive it stalled then started fine, then about 10 mins into drive started to lean out and try and stall but cleared up and drove perfect the rest of the way home. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Could it be something to do with closed loop fueling? It seems very time based. I'm lost. Thanks again
  16. Turns out it was the idle control valve causing the issues. Thanks for all the help though everyone.
  17. Does the NA supras fuel pump controller run the same as TT? When I had the multimeter hooked up to the pump it would always be about .5v under battery voltage until it got up to operating temp and voltage got down to 12.2v, it would start trying to stall and voltage would go lower. After that happened i bypassed the controller and no issues at all. As Adamw said he notice my fuel pump speed is set to high polarity and yet their map is set to low polarity, would this have caused the issue? Car has been running fine for over a year until about 2 weeks ago when it started playing up.
  18. I think I may have figured it out. I think the factory fuel pump controller is causing the issue. I bypassed it using a jumper cable and it didn't stall or play up. Reconnected the controller and about 1.30min into running it started to play up and try to stall. I had a multimeter hooked up to the pump and voltage got down to 12.4v with the fuel pump controller plugged in and with the jumper cable bypassing the controller its at 13.1v. Fuel pressure is at 2.3bar on the gauge at the regulator. Only issue now is the pump continues to prime as there is no controller. Is there any way to control the from ecu? Or should I try find another controller? Thanks
  19. Hi all, Ive been having an intermittent issue with my car. Once up to temp and at idle it starts to lean out and die. To keep it alive I have to feather the throttle. I have made a log of it idling and managed to catch it happening. It stalls about 8mins into the log and then about 13mins into log also with me feathering the throttle. If anyone can help that would be appreciated. ECU is supralink pnp. Have also attached tune file aswell. Thanks. STALLING.llg SUPRA 2JZGE TURBO.pclr
  20. Didn't work changing to 80hz 33/66/100%DC. Made it idle super lean and very hard to start
  21. No it hasn't been bypassed Yes the stock fuel pump ecu is still there Yes the base map was loaded but this is a +t so had to change a few things. The fuel pump control is set to off and it was tuned that way. Changing it to 80hz 33/66/100%DC will it need to be retuned?
  22. Yes 2jzge+t supra with plugin ecu
