  1. I‘m Not sure about that , i want the Hicas bulb to light up, when the waes is Working. I know there is an extra ecu for the hicas. But i‘m Not sure of it’s wired up Directly to the speedo. There is also a bulb for overheated catalytic. That would be Fine too, aswell as the ABS, Because my car has none of These left.

  2. I got one more question, i want that a specific light in the speedo comes on, when the pressure switch is activated, how do i set this up ? I know my tuner lets my check engine light blink, when my car hits overboost. I want something like this for this pressure switch. i hope its understandable.

    Kind regards

  3. Hey there,

fyi, i used the top one which is fine.

I now want change it to a little more "fail safe" and also to clean up wiring , i want to use the attached switch ro realize it.

Before i buy the pressure switch i just want to be sure, that it will work fine. But it should work like this or not?

  4. Hey everyone,

i want to give my ecu a Signal when the tank is empty(turn down boost), but also want to a have the option to turn it off by hand via a switch. So my idea was a 3 way switch, but I’m struggling where to put the DI to ...

  5. Hey there,

i can get my hands very cheap on a working snow performance waterpump including a tank with level sensor.

From what i have read, to get it running (electrical) i need an Relais ( https://www.amazon.de/Bosch-0332209150-BOSCH-Relais/dp/B004Z0U1IW sth like this ? ) which then gets on/off switched by the Ecu via DI.

Where would i wire the level sensor from the tank ?

Do i need some more Hardware ? how do i set it up in the software (mainly boost controlled)? :)

    Kind regards

  6. Hey,

    thanks.

    wideband is connected as written.

The Link manual says it is factory IAT Sensor in GTRs , but I have a Gtst , so that should be empty ..

Sadly I can’t turn ignition on, because when I opened the case of the oem ecu I Found a burned Platine ( I don’t know when this happened, car ran fine - oem ecu is now on it’s way to my tuner, so he can tell me which part is broken ) so I don’t want kill my link...

  7. Thank you guys,

so i‘m now at the car.

i discovered, there is a grey wire in my PIN 36 - what is that for ?

i wanted to put the pin 27 ( afm signal ) to Pin 36 and hardwire my IAT to that cable.

Pin 29 should stay in position and hardwire the brown wideband wire to it.

do i connect the ground wires to all to pin 50 ??

sorry guys , I’m such a noob, but it’s the only way I have to get my car to the tuner :(

i want to wire my sensors ,that are requiered for the Link. It was planed that my tuner does this, but now it’s necessary that i do this ...

    i want to wire:

IAT Sensor to Temp 2 (link) pin 36

wideband AEM Volt 6 (link) pin 29

Where do I put the ground wires to ? Just a proper place at the chassis ?

  9. Hello everyone,

i'm a newbie to the game. My car will be mapped by a professional.

I think about buying an AEM Water Meth kit and wonder if my tuner can do a Failsafe by using the "Boost Safe" Wire from the AEM controller.

Do i need something for this, or does he just need to wire it into the G4 ?

Hope you guys understand what i mean :)
