Are the instructions for using the jumpers included with the ECU? Sorry, this will be my first aftermarket ECU. I have some probably dumb questions.

I've seen that people have gotten the KA24DE that comes the American 240SX running on the S15Link 64 pin plugin ECU, but that was an engine they had added a turbocharger to. I do plan to turbo my car, but right now I'm preparing the car with supporting mods over time before doing so. I would like to go ahead and install the Link ECU to be able to tune the car now and again after I turbocharge it. Basically, I'm asking if the S15Link is capable of tuning a stock KA24DE with a few minor mods.
