  1. Ah that must be it then. I am on a previous firmware yet. I didn't realize this was a new feature. Thanks Adam
  2. RIght, I suppose I should phrase it this way: Currently I am unable to log any data for Mass Air Flow. How do I get the ECU to generate that data?
  3. The G4X help page has this listed for MAF estimated: Mass Air Flow Estimated Displays the current estimated air flowing into the engine in grams per second (g/s). This value is based off of the user specified volumetric efficiency (Fuel Table in Modelled mode). For Air per Cylinder Estimated to work correctly the Fuel Equation Mode must be set to Modelled or Modelled - Multi Fuel, Engine Capacity must be set correctly and the ECU must have a working calibrated MAP sensor. I have all of these params setup correctly and I am running Modelled - Multi Fuel. The Load (Abs) is available, and so is Air per Cylinder Estimated. I am attempting to figure out the 'efficiency curve' of my blower so I can calculate theoretical effects of a smaller pulley, and various amounts of charge cooling to determine if it is worth it vs swapping out for a turbo. This relies on Mass Air Flow, which I have attempted to calculate by hand with strange results. How do I enable logging of Mass Air Flow Estimated?
  4. Got this uploaded last night. It's working great. Thanks Adam!
  5. Hey Adam, much appreciated SC2GR_V1.26_DI WS_CAN Start Clutch.pclx oem_SC2GR.zconfig
  6. I have run out of digital inputs on my FuryX. My clutch switch, and starter switch are wired as digital inputs to the Dash. How do I send their status to the ECU as CAN DI 1&2?
  7. That was it. I had cut the 1 2v source near the ECU. VVT is working now! VVT.llgx
  8. This does appear to be the case... somewhere in my harness the +12v got split from the vvt solenoids. Thanks for helping with the diagnosis.
  9. My +12v is being pulled low on all of the solenoids when I enable one of the 4 aux out. The correct pin is being pulled low with it though.
  10. I should have thought of that.... Just tested this. No it doesn't. Even stranger, when I enable PWM on Aux 1 (Inlet 1) The other 3 show faults. Turn it off, and fault goes away. Same with other ouputs. Enable PWM Aux 2 (Ex 1) The other 3 fault. It seems something might be wrong with the wiring after all...
  11. The 12v is switch on with Ignition. I am using Aux 1-4 for the 4 solenoids. I haven't done cam angle calibration.... Ill start there.
  12. My Inlet Bank 1 +2 weren't tracking the target so I adjusted the tune to give 5 degrees advance w/o load. Here is the log file. My solenoids do appear to be wired correctly after the 15 times I have checked. Any thoughts? BLUR2 210131a.pclxPC Datalog - 2021-01-31 7;55;05 pm.llgx
  13. Gave it a try, and it worked. I actually at one point had it setup correctly other than the transmit frequency I had at 1hz vs the required 20
  14. Thanks again guys. I will give it a go this evening.
  15. I have the dash wired to DI 9 and 10, Can setup doesn't seem to recognize it. Help files haven't been too helpful in this case either. It powers on correctly. Is there a configuration I am missing? blur2 - 20201018.pclx
  16. Genuine Bosch sensor acquired and tested. That was the issue. Thank you all! I honestly had no idea that counterfeit O2 sensors were a potential issue.
  17. 0258017025 They are 17025 o2 sensors which should be the Bosch LSU 4.9.
  18. My boxes don't have a QR code, and the more I compare them to the o2 sensors on the Bosch website the more differences I spot... Like the insulation on the sensor wires is a silicon fiberglass type, whereas the Bosch units look to have a more plastic sheathing. I just ordered one verified to be a Bosch unit from a local parts store. I will be able to try that in a few days.
  19. Purchased on Ebay, came in OEM Bosch box. I messaged the seller and they claimed they were genuine.
  20. Wired directly to the positive on my battery still had error code 16. Interestingly the temp seemed to slowly count down...? I know it is wired correctly... They shouldn't be fakes. They came in Bosch boxes with all the Bosch part numbers printed on the boxes. Look real to me...
  21. Yup, so I had purchased 2 afr sensors. I replaced the one that had the Rcomp error with my spare. The spare is now reporting error 16. Do you have an idea of how much current that's required? I have the 12v sourced from the same switched ignition that powers the ECU.
  22. Okay now I am getting error code 16. Temp never got past 106f - 41c. I moved the sensor to my bank2 exhaust manifold and had the same result...
  23. Okay I found where I can view the error status.
  24. Yup, that must be the issue. Reading 317.1 ohm. Where would I see the lambda error? I do have a spare that I haven't used yet. It came out to 116 ohm. Should I throw that one in and see if it works?
  25. My lambda reading is stuck at 0. I have double-checked the wiring and it is good. Maybe I am missing a setting in my tune? I don't see any error codes for the AFR either. PC Datalog - 2020-10-10 11;13;53 am.llgx blur2 - 20201006.pclx
