  2. I have a v88,also a autronic gas analyzer,the problem is,that gas analyzer reads the fuel correctly,i have lastest software in my ecu,but program reads the fuel as 25,which all the time. Regards david

  5. david, using ls1 coils,cam is standard,when the engine is hot,I will check afr reading,I am the autronic gas analliser B.As I changed the throttle body the otherday,there not different.
  6. Got a small backfire in the exhaust when turn the engine off.I am sure that unburnt fuel doing this.I am using a v88,engine is a 4g63 engine,what's best way to cure this problem. regards david
  7. got the gt101all calibrated, which was very easy to do,its about 1.3 kph out, so thats good enough, the number was 498.
  8. Ben and David, Well good news,, I found the problem, when I crimped the deutz plug pin, as there was no contunity, from pin to ecu, I do not know, replaced pin all good now, just got to go calibrate now. thanks guys for your input.
  9. well worked out the problem, its in the wiring, I have to check tomorrow, as I ran another set of wires from the ecu to the gt 101 sensor, and it worked, so the problem in the wiring, I used the proper cable wire, I used deutz plugs as well, as soon as I put steel nnear the sensor, I seen a reading, which I am happy, so got to nut out the problem. regards david

  14. these bolts are not magnetised,could this be problem.the collar is alloy,but bolts aren't magnetised but made of steel.i have no testing quipment,other than a multimeter. regards david
  15. forgot to add in I have got a collar on the yoke.with 2 bolts,which adjusted 1.6mm of gap between the bolt head and sensor.no frequency at all regards david
  16. I have wired up a gt101 sensor to read speed,wired into D1,as ground speed,i enble it,made it active,but no speed at all,i wired it up as it said to,i have tried another sensor.still no change.Any ideas. regards david
  17. want it to read wheel speed, as it will read off 2bolts of the tailshaft.
  18. Do you have to use shielded wire for the digital and ecu ground(green) wire, then earth out the shielded wire to chassis earth .as I am going to use A6 pin for 8volts power. regards david

  20. I have just gone through my wiring diagram for my triggers set up,this how it wired,A8,trigger1 is wired to cylinder pulse,A9 trigger2 is sync pulse, power,red/white is power supply,2 whites are sensor ground. regards david

  22. well the dizzy is out of a mitsubishi 2.4 litre single cam.my motr is a single cam,@ present the trigger set up is trigger mode is multi tooth, priorty is trigger is trigger 1,trigger is optical/hall, filtering is level 2, pull up is on, trig1 edge is falling, multitooth posn is cam, tooth count is 4. trifgger 2 vvti is off. regards david

I have a v88 ecu,its a Mitsubishi 4g63 t,engine is out of a starion turbo,it was single coil set up,but now its multi coils,ls1 coils,set up as direct spark,what is happening,now when I crank it over,it back fire,seems the timing is out,the dizzy is used only for triggers,but has not been touch since,since coils where wired up.i have done ignition test,all coils are working.i can seem to email my file. regard david
