So I have a evo 8 with a pnp on it, with an AMS intake and unknown similar style throttle body, using the air screw to set base idle, but now and then fluctuates to the point of cutting out, any tips on sorting this? icv steps currently set to 500

Is there anyway I can click test the 3 port on a evo 8 pnp? everything seems to be plumbed and setup right just no matter what duty I put in boost doesn't increase just wanted to test the circuit, thanks

When I spoke to simon I had already run power direct from a battery source and tested continuity on my can line which tested ok, the out put voltages though on the can line were constantly stuck at 0.34 and 0.1v no change no matter what, which he suggested replacing the unit.

To set base idle, just a case of key on, disconnect ICV, start up and adjust to attain correct base idle?

Spoke to Simon in technical and run through some ideas and come to the conclusion to swap out the CAN Lambda, will update. Simon has been very helpful on this matter!

I have followed to the letter the setup instructions but cannot connect to the CAN lambda, putting it in CAN1 slot just makes the ecu disconnect. I am then unable to reconnect, put it in port CAN2 and it doesn't auto disconnect but still cant connect. Any help? To add rechecked power and rechecked wiring. 60 ohms on can line

Vehicle starts fine on stock ecu. On G4 I cant hear pump working, is their a known pin swap required before I start getting stuck in?

Right this is for Evo 6 - base map - fuel equation is traditional with master fuel at 12ms for stock 560cc injectors 542/1015=0.53 12*0.53=6.36 new master fuel, 6ms for id1000? Enter relevant dead times in 2d table.....job done?

Nice one David very interested in your findings! Checked out the help files but nothing with common injectors such as RCs or IDs
