  1. fuel sequential

    ignition direct spark

    crank and cam sensor hall

    wired to trig1 and trig2

    i got signal from both,

    trigger wheel 60-2

    trigger offset -125deg

with cam sensor sync on i got backfire on intake, and engine when fires up after lots of cranking iz not running good. usually stalls.

when i turn sync off engine fires up, but usually from second (i know vipec dont know ehat cilinder is on fire) so i would really want to figuire this up.

    thanks Adam

trigger 2 vvti set to inlet / LH ?

need to find offset or not?

Didnt I suggest 20-30ms though?  15ms would be suitable for about an 600-800cc injector.  I suspect stock injectors would be more like 400cc.

    sorry for offtopic,

master fuel adjustment, the bigger injectors the smaller the master fuel number?

    20-30 is for 400ccm

    15 is for about 800ccm

    6-7 is for about 1600ccm

4 is for biggest possible, for 2000 and above?

im using this setup for years, and its working, or i have misunderstand you.

    @MMC_Tuner

ok, im not following you, can you repeat for me

first, in runtime values, does ECU "see" that engine is rotating when you crank the engine ?

    if not, check sensor wiring

if yes, check spark while cranking

if there is no spark,  (you can skip this step because you said on test you have spark)

if there is spark, and engine still don want to fire up, check timing (trigger offset)

if timing is ok, there is definitely no enough fuel, add more fuel as Adamw suggested

  4. Hi guys,

idea is to reduce wheel spin on launch by limiting engine speed, over ground speed input.

Idea is to set GP RPM limit to limit rpm and to get better 60ft times.

please advise is this setup correctly (startup lockout and activation delay) or if you have better idea im listening.

This rev limiter should kick right in after releasing clutch.

  5. hi guys,

im using fast speed gps device connected to DI6 - as ground speed on awd car, which (i saw on log) gives me random spikes.

For example, car is accelerating from 0-200kmh and on 50kmh it shows spike, and then back to regular speed.
Is there anything i can do to solve this? there is no aditional settings under DI, but im sure someone have some experience what to do.

    thanks

  6. Hi guys,

please give advice how to setup gear cut control

gear cut sensor on gearbox gives output 0-5v depending on how hard driver pulls shifter heandle (seq gearbox)

i did play with di setup but no luck. Can you advise please

    thanks

  7. Hi guys,

please if you have any experience with non contact speed senders dont be shy give advice :)

just bought gps speed speed sensor sender (suppose to be 20hz) which it seems its 1hz only. i got speed update every 1 second (check in log) which is way to slow for my needs.

100hz, or even 50hz should be enough, if it is possible to get that response from standing still.

I need it for 4wd drag race car, to set up TC and shift light.

If you have any other idea including 5th wheel as ground speed sensor, please feel free to give advice.

    thanks

  8. bumping old topic,

we didnt drive much, only past month 3 races, i played little bit with rev limiter, and it seems no matter i change it sounds same and on log looks same.

Is it possible to get it smooth as LC? lc seems smooth and soft and it is in 200rpm range

max rpm is 8500 and drops to 7000,  and limit ctrl range is set to 200rpm :(

im 100% sure im doing something wrong since range is 1500rpm :(

i tried with exit decay rate from 5 to 50% ,

ign trim 5 to 10 deg

    end cut 70-90%

    pls help

    check attach

  9. ok set pc logging to activate when prm higher than 4000epm, nothing happens.

    manual logging start works.

so last thing i tried, l lowered ecu logging activation from 4800 to 4000 to 3500 to 3200 and on 3200 everything works perfectly.

i dnont know why but on 4800 dont want to log but on 3200 logs. on every other v44/v88 v44i/v88i i worked, it works as you set it.

dont know what is the catch, but, if someone have a same problem this is solution... thnx guys
