Don't worry I've sussed it

Hi, I'm having trouble with setting the trigger wheel offset. When I open the set base timing box and change the numbers to suit my toothed wheel, I click done and all the numbers change back to the originals. It's actually on a vipec i44 but I'm still waiting for them to allow me to post in their forum! The link software seems very similar and I get the same thing when I try to change the settings in pclink. I'm sure it's just me being a bit stupid but if you could help I'd really appreciate it.
