You'll need to post up the tune file in addition to the log posted to get a meaningful look at what's going on there. If you're past your attachment limit, post it to Google drive or similar sharing site with a link to the file(s) here. Also sharing your FD's general specs (i.e., FI's, turbo setup, ignition setup, etc.) would be very helpful too.
From a cursory look at just the log, I doubt that lean spot by the yellow cursor is related to secondary staging. Can't know for sure without the tune file, but since you're still in vacuum there (-2.3psi MGP), you're probably still below the MAP threshold for staging to take effect. Most staged injection tunes need to cross an RPM and MAP threshold to start staging.
That said, elsewhere in the log where you're running it up to 100% throttle and at full boost, the transition into boost where the secondaries should be/are staging on does trend lean until the CL Lambda control MAP delta time-outs expire, and CLL control has a chance to get it close to target.

The last person I remember that had one for sale on this forum was @neil brown.  Im sure I remember someone in one of the facebook groups offering one also but I had a search around and I cant find it. 
Having said that, I wouldnt be too worried about getting your data out of the G1 for the Link plus, it is a pretty simple engine and you dont have a lot of settings in these old ecu's to start from scratch..   

Decapped injectors have a terrible spray pattern as they just dump fuel in not in a spray

HI Neil, It would be worth trying a firmware reset. To do this hold the enter key/ button down (the one at the bottom of key pad) while powering up the unit. This will reset all settings so you might have to reset the ECU type and any alarms that you ahd set up.

I think I would avoid that, it looks very suspicious.  Look at the main connector, it is missing the housing and looks like the wires are attached directly to the pins??

No it is not, they are shipped locked to prevent the ECU being used if it gets stolen etc.  It will not work until it is unlocked.  I suspect what Neil is getting at is he was worried if someone purchased it, it may not be able to be unlocked.
You should contact the dealer you purchased it from and get the unlock code so that you can pass that on to the new owner.

Sorry I missed your earlier post.  You can set the dwell table to have whatever you want on the axes.  If the V7 base map has the setup you want to run then just open that map, right click on the dwell table, select import/export>export to clipboard.  Then open your map, go to dwell table, right click, select import/export>import from clipboard.  Store before shutting down.
