  1. Car is a 300zx …. The speedo is connected as per the attachment and works as far as the indicated speed go up and down depending on if the car is accelerating or slowing. The problem is it reads about 8% slow and will not adjust, at all. Would using the above circuit modification fix this? I have also tried using the Wheel Speed sensors as the source.

    Rotary Switch

Working the right way round now .... thanks
  3. I thought I would try it once more before trying the "sucky" thing ..... calibration was successful, I am pretty certain all things cars got their temperaments from the same place as Cat's. Thanks for your help
  4. Don't know ... the car was run only the day before and everything seemed alright then.
  5. The BAP = 100kpa and MAP = 95 kpa. attached is the MAP Sensor Calibration. Has been working fine until yesterday.
  6. Getting a "operation failed" , will read +/- 5 kpa message when trying to calibrate the MAP Sensor ?? Have checked connection.

    Rotary Switch

Hi, I have one of these fitted https://motoiq.com/aem-electronics-universal-12-position-trim-pot/ as part of my Traction Control ... problem; it is going backwards eg @ position "12" it is showing up in the table ( PCL ) @ position "0" .... is it as simple as me having to swap the 5v and signal wires to correct this? I have checked the calibration settings, all correct. Cheers

    SSR Frequency

What max frequency can you run your typical "Hella" type SSR at.
  9. Does/can anyone in NZ supply a Stainless Steel 300psi pressure sensor/switch ?
  10. Thanks ... found the problem, sources were set as the average of the left & right wheels but for some reason the "Driven Wheel Speed Correction" was set to 7% .
  11. Why would the "Driven wheel Speed" be reading faster than the "LR" and "RR" wheel speeds eg: 100.6kph vs 95kph ?
  12. The Fail Safe sensor is a flow sensor which sends 12 volts when the flow drops below a set level ... how should I set up the "Pullup Resister", "Input Latch" and "On Level" ? have wired it to DI3.
  13. Does this Bug just effect the logging or does it also de-activate the knock control?
  14. Would a "dodgy" TP Sensor cause this? As you can the TP is way above the low lockout setting.
  15. This has been a issue for a little while, my last attempt to fix was to run new shielded cable from the knock sensors to the ECU .... no improvement. Any ideas as to what is going one?? Attached is my PCL and Log https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ofvk8_fz3JtWNs0tXhPLgzFxHx9FFcdZ/view?usp=sharing 1 TPS Fuel Table Load DEFAULT.pclr
  16. How would I do that ? ie: how would I setup the aux output and conditions.
  17. The Boost Solenoid is on aux8 set to "Boost Solenoid" ... could I change this to "GP Output" to give me some logic conditions?
  18. Will be using Modeled Multi Fuel so will be using 2 blended waste gate tables and open loop boost control.
  19. At the moment I have the Fail safe flow sensor connected to the ECU on DI3. The Run Time shows that this is active ... does this mean it is sending voltage to the ECU?
  20. I have WMI so I want the Waste Gate solenoid to be turned off if certain conditions are met eg: if either the WMI tank level is too low and/or the failsafe system is activated. How can I do this? .... Can I do this ? Basically the setup I want to run is .... Flex Fuel with WMI full time from Waste Gate boost and up, hence the need to be able to switch the Waste Gate off. Thanks in advance.

    Mixture Map

That worked better, what other filters/settings do you use?

    Mixture Map

I took out the Engine Speed filter ... only had the Overrun Fuel Cut enabled. Looks to me like it has left everything out except the the fuel cut stuff?
