  1.

hi guys i need some help when down loading a log and playing it i cant seem to stop and start it. you can move it back and forward but not stop it also if veiwing it in the tuning page only the fuel and ignition maps and a few other tables work but not the run times is this something that will be looked at soon?

i really do love the improvements tho please pass this on to the whole team at link as i think you have done a shitload of great development given the circumstances you are all under.  yes there are a few little glitches but hell the rest is mint

    cheers guys

  2. send a picture of your header plug from the std ecu i just found a toyota corrolla runz is the same as a subaru so you never no your luck,

link where able to send me a header plug to save me heaps off stress,  send it to the tech email address at link or post it on here

  3. as a cheats way of setting this run the engine at a stable state and disconnect the alternaor adjust the dead time as battery charge decreases to keep the o2 reading stable.  you may need to turn the lights on to make this happen a little quicker

  4. The plug and play is the same platform as the g4 storm and extreme there is just more inputs and out puts on the extreme. if the wiring is in good condition i would recommend using the plug and play for ease of install .

but if its a bit dodgy the rewire using a storm or extreme.

The storm should be sufficant for your application tho

    hope this helps

  5. go into the fault settings and check the high and low fault settings and the default it goes to when there is a fault detected some times the high and low settings get swapped around when upgrading and need to be reset < this is found in the menu settings then analog settings then at the bottom this tree you will find fault settings, check this first >  hope this helps if it doesnt send me your map and i will have a look over it

    cheers Ross

  6. i would recomend the plug and play also as it is easy to install.

check the wiring under the front wheel arches first  as they may be rubbing on your tyres,

Rewire the fuel pump relay to fix factory relay fault as they have a voltage drop that will kill the fuel flow even tho the fuel pressure will remain perfect . if the wiring is worn i would recommend rewiring and fitting a storm or extreme so the engine wiring is mint then and wont give you any problems in the future

    cheers Ross

  7. They have had there day and it was ten years ago if you want to save your self a hole heap of hasel buy the g4 link plug and play for your car you will thank me in the long run. it is like comparing a old dialup computor to ultra fast broadband.  the fuel saving alone will pay for it self in weeks i normaly get an extra 100km per tank full of gas on a subaru wrx over a std ecu and an increase of 60kw at the same boost !!!!

  8. yes yes and yes you are correct with all your own awnsers the cas sensor i normaly wire to injector power for easy wiring the sync position is after number one and just turn the dial until the light flaches on the ecu board consistantly i cant remember the exact number or alpa is sorry
