  1. how can I check which row open the throttle and which closes? 3,4 is the common-gnd 2,6 shall be the open circuit 1,5 shall be the close circuit close and open circuits may be opposite
  2. The two middle pin is the common, the right upper pin has X ohm resistance and left upper x/2 same for the right and left down pins. The upper is for oppening and the lower for clossing the throttle. I want the throttle to starts openning at lets say 10 psi and fully open at 20 psi Thanks So doing the job properly has 21 ohms between a centre pin and 1 of the pins either side of it. Outer pin to outer pin has twice that at 42 ohms. Both rows of 3 are the same and the 2 rows are completely separate. Hope that I am understandable. The upper side is for open and the lower side for close or opposite This valve will be used in a twincharger project. I need when the compounded boost reach a level, this bypass valve will start slowlly open so the supercharger will be bypassed competely when the turbocharger will be in full boost. Everything shall happen smooth so as we dont want to see pressure lowering.
  3. This is from a2tzfze toyota engine, and this is not and idle valve. This is an electronic control boost bypass valve. This is doing the same job of a classic ABV.I need to regulate and control this valve based on map sensor signal. This will open as the boost raises step by step.
  4. I have lot of spare aux outputs. This will be a bypass valve for boost control. I want this to depend on map sensor signal. Could you please give an example or where I have to connext the six wires.
  5. H, Previa 2tzfze supercharged engine is using a six wire stepper motor for supercharger bypass valve. Is there any possibility to drive this valve with I88?
  6. COuld you please also email me your base maps to start building mine [email protected] Thanks in advance.
  7. Hi, I'm looking to connect my stock 4agze 1wire knock sensor with my i88. Do they work properly with this ecu or I shal replace this with a two wire knock sensor model?
  8. Could you please confirm me that lc2 can work with g4+? What sensor do I have to selecet from the ecu list?
  9. can I convert and use g4+ map to vipec i88?Â
  10. There are three signals, the one is the speed of the car the second the speed of the engine and one more that I really dont know what it is...Any help would be usefull for me....
  11. does the extreme supports opel agila/corsa electric power steering? which outputs generats the signals I need?to which three pins of eps ecu I have to connect?
  12. expansion board for inputs and outputs, especially for inputs, g4 storm does not have enough.
  13. So, Please give me the part number of the obd cable that I have to ask for price my local dealer.

    obd

So which are the procedures to use obd wire?where does this wire connected on G4+?Also could you please inform me about the cost?
  15. So I bought innovate lc-2 controller and lamda sensor. I will fit this kit in the next few days. I would only ask if I have any advantage to use both narrow band and wide band together and if I have is it better to use the oem nb signal or lc-2 wb and nb signals?
  16. And where does this obd2 connects to ecu?to can output?how much does it cost?
  17. No I mean an online link that everyone uploads base maps or tuner maps, so all the maps are in one place together, easier to find them
  18. When searching and googling I found this note:  "Wide Band  By selecting either Bosch 4 wire or 5 wire adapter will put the ECU into wide band mode. The Bosch 4 Wire mode uses the Bosch 4 wire sensor (Bosch Sensor Number 0 258 104 002). All Motorsport ECUs can read this sensor directly and provide accurate air fuel ratio values that are compensated for sensor temperature variations. The Bosch 5 wire adapter mode uses the LC1 or LM1 lambda kit from Innovate. This kit uses the Bosch 5 wire sensor and a control unit. In this mode the ECU reads either Analog 1 or 2 of the LC-1 output. Before the LC-1 can be used it must be calibrated. Use LM Programmer software to calibrate the LC-1. Set the output to read 0.050 volts for an air fuel ratio of 8.0 and 0.950 volts for an air fuel ratio of 22." Do I have in any case to use controller or is there any other sensor that I can use without controller?Â
  19. The g4 does not support wideband lamda without the controller? I mean does the g4 inludes the controller? Do I have to buy controller and sensor together?O only the sensor?
  20. It would be usefull to summarise all the available maps to one tab at the support field
  21. Could you please attach me the random pcl that you have used?
  22. Does the internal map sensor need activation from somewhere?I don't take any values. I have also tested with my mouth and the values stay stable.
  23. Is there any 4agze base map available?
  24. Are the g4 maps compatible with g4+? I 'm tryung to open a g4 pcl file but a message that this version of file is old appears on pc links screen. Is there any possibility to run this file or I have to install older version of pc link to another pc in order to open the g4 pcl
