hi guys, I'm in need of some info on the wiring in of the G4+ fury to my st205. The reason I'm not using the plugin is I'm currently finishing up an engine conversion and my plan is to use the link fury to control the new engine with a new wiring loom that will be incorporated with some of the st205s stock wiring (mainly keeping the engine bay fuse box). I have most of it figured out however I have some wires left over that I assume are for the dash lights, I looked on the pinout for the st205 plugin and they have not been mentioned pin 58 (STP=stop light switch) pin 60 (ELS=tailgate/defogger relay) what was done on the plug in regarding these pins and how can I replicate this with the fury? also on the pin out pin 70 is down as circuit open relay but in the plugin its down as fuel pump relay? First time working with a wire in so sorry if it these are seen as dumb questions haha

It was road mapped by an apparent specialist before the rebuild, we just wanted it to be drivable enough to do some run in miles before taking it to be dyno tuned properly. That log was when I was in the csr trying to take fuel out to stop it from bore washing but the fuel figures on boost were less than when it was in idle so we parked the car up as somthing is not right

Hi guys, i'm hoping someone can helps us out or see what i'm missing haha. Following a forged engine build we upgraded to 1000cc bosch high impendence injectors the rest of the car stayed the same. every time we try to drive the car it just seems to dump fuel in whenever the car sees boost. When I tried to adjust the master fuel for the bigger injectors it would not run and needs a master fuel of 9 and no matter how much fuel I take out when on boost it goes super rich. I've a data log of when I was making changes but its too big to add on here and the map before the changes as no matter what I did it just went rich on boost. sat visit.pclr

Yeah I think I'm best option is to run wasted spark. You don't happen to know the type of pins that are used on the early ecu plugs?

Can it not be moved to a different output?

hi guys, Ive been asked by a friend about putting coil on plug on to hi early evo just a couple of questions, 1, on the ign outputs the evo map uses one for ecu power hold can this be moved to another ign output? 2, does anyone know the correct pins for the ecu header/connector

Cheers for the help. I was concerned that I'd have too many things going through canbus. Am I pushing it now or is there still room for any more for instance if I wanted to use the other 4 egt sensors?

Hi guys, With the current lockdown giving me too much time on my hands I've decided to work my way through the stuff i have on the 'I'll do it one day' shelf haha. Anyway I'm currently running a Plug in link g4+, I have an AEM X wideband connected via canbus and it works great. I have planned to utilise the canbus more by adding an ECU master egt to can and also an AEMnet Canbus gauge. i would like to use the egt to monitor the 4 cylinders and the AEM gauge to display the following info: OIL TEMP, OIL PRESSURE, MGP and IAT. I have searched and have looked in the help file to put the settings but as its all new to me i'd just like someone with more experience using canbus to have a look over to see if I'm barking up the right tree lol. Ive attached what ive done so far canbus settings.pclr they will all be connected using a hub thats being made as we speak that will have termination resistors available on a switch

I followed the above advice and it worked

Bit of a follow up on this. Turns out the unit was faulty so sent back and an aem x wideband has been purchased

So tried a new sensor and still the same issue. So must be the module.

So tonight connected to the spartan via Bluetooth and the same issue as what's seen in the link s OK must be a fault on the spartan

We changed that and the reading went to zero

On the log you can see where the temp drops on the lambda when it's disconnected

does the spartan need to be connected to via Bluetooth to change it to default mode?

do I have to set up the stream to show the lambda 1?

it says in the instructions that the spartan has a termination resistor built in and is enabled from factory. ive read the manual 3 times now it should just be wire it in tell the ecu that its a lambda-can and away you go

The resistor would only be needed if there's multiple devices of I'm not mistaken. I'm running my aem x via can and didn't need a resistor and it works fine There is nothing coming up under lambda 1 status, temp and such (I've been helping him with his car) Just checked the run time values It's currently plugged in to can 2
