  1. hi Adam finally got some time to work on the crown and everything is working properly with the throttle thank you for the help i got another question about the air conditioning not working the wiring is tested and the ac mgc work how it should on test mode but when i press the ac button on it stay inactive on CAN DI 1 not familiar with can bus is any how you can give some guide on this issue?
  2. sorry i did not explain it right the throttle was showing 100% tps with the blade fully closed and 0% with blade fully open then i did reversed the polarity and the throttle worked how it supposed to but wont calibrate because it was not closing at all the exactly way that you have pointed in the above picture it will go fully open but won't close following what you mention about possible mechanism been stick i went to check the throttle body and find plastic shim that goes in between the cover and the gear broke off with that happened the gear was making contact with the cover keeping it at 100% open position after finding that broken peace i swap the throttle and it appear to be working fine will test it again in the next few days and get back to you thanks for the tips and sorry for making it so confused
  3. replaced the etcsi with spare one but after calibrated the throttle it will remain tps 50%open until i had used target set to aps instead the actual tps here is log off it PC Datalog - 2022-09-6 10;38;55 am cal 4.llgx

  5. I load the map, the same issue exist APS=0, TPS=1.9, throttle plate still fully open. I tried switching the 5v and ground signal wires in reverse at the tps connector, the throttle plate closed as normal with the APS=0 and throttle position actually follow the APS movement. But I am still unable to calibrate it. Error 16 H-bridge still occurs. here is the log file PC Datalog - 2022-08-21 8;25;09 pm test 2.llgx
  6. with aps=0 looking at the throttle plate it stay fully open but on pc link tps is reading 1.9% tps cal backwards do you mean low and high values backwards
  7. the throttle is at 100%open at 0% aps but at least i got some movement on it this time jzs171 test file 1.llgx
  8. hey boys does anyone here have run into same or similar issue where the e-throttle won't calibrate and the display error16 H-Bridge is wrong polarity? i had try many ways reversed the polarity's from high to low,target table to APS instead of tps and could not figure it out any toughs on what could be issue?? already swap to 2 other throttle body's and still the same error happening back to back any help would be much apreciated thanks jzs171 dbw wont calibrate.pclx crown jzs171 dbw h-bridge is reverse polarity.llgx
  9. i did add a resistor and solved the issue for few weeks but the problem came back so i replace the cam cherry sensor and remove the resistor to see how it does and never had problems since look like bad sensor maybe my previous wiring job was not to good and damage the sensor? or maybe it just went bad on its own? not sure but the problem its solved

  11. hey guy's i'm wiring fury ecu to 2jz vvti with bosch DBW and my question is do i have to use ecu hold power or not? if i have to use this function is any how i can wire it without the diode? thanks any help would be much apreciatte

  13. Adam i might find out the problem here under runtime values i find the 5V out (V) reading at 5.03V but no fault code show on pc link under the help menu fault code 74 its 5V supply error
  14. there you go trigger 1 going into the red wire and trigger 2 going into the green, power coming from the black and white, ground its the black

  20. hey boys this what's happening car starts fine but after engine running and warm warm i notice trigger1 error start count would that meams the sensor its seem extra tooth on the count? or bad sensor? the other issue is pc link disconect it self from ecu while i'm attempt to start the engine and sometimes while it running any tough would be apreciatte thanks

    hi boys my pc link freeze when I,m reving pass by 5k rpm every time having this issues for couple weeks could not figure out still any toughs to solve the issue. just went got new laptop faster then what I used before but still can't figure this out update my pc link to the latest version also thanks
