I now have a new problem the ecu won't connect to the laptop now any ideas I've tried most things on this forum

Hey guys, I have a Toyota Caldina 98 cars was tuned everything ran fine replaced the clutch car sat with no battery for about 6 months now I have no injector pulse? Can any help please
