  1. Has anyone tried using this with one of the android atoto a6 type radios found on amazon? Trying to avoid an extra screen in the car. Would be great if pclink ever got ported to android
  2. I was using the printed booklet as my guide. That was my issue! Derp!
  3. Im wired to Pin 11, Both Pinouts for Ethrottle and NON Ethrottle in my manual show AUX 4, which was the confusion.
  4. Correction, looks like AUX 4 is actually IGN 6. Pinouts in the maual must have been incorrect. They show AUX 4 as Wastegate Solenoid. Working now!
  5. Not sure what has happened but it appears AUX 4 Output for Wastegate Solenoid has decided to go to ground permanently. Tried testing the output by switching conditions etc, and nothing changes. Wondered why the car was trying to overboost constantly. Any issues with moving this output to Ign 6 thats not being used? This on an EVO8 Plug and Play. All wiring was inspected and replaced anyways to the solenoid no issues were found. Thanks.
  6. Replaced the sensor and everything is back to normal. Just to confirm I put the sensor in my SCG1 and once through the cal process it shot an E8 code.
  7. Ill get a log and post it up nexr chance i get to drive the car. I may toss a set of plugs at it and see if anything changes. Its about due for a set. Although under load/boost with CL correction off the car is running normal.
  8. Have had pretty good luck with the Can Wideband setup on my car. Been over a year with zero issues. Lately though my idle quality started diminsh and i wasnt sure why. It appears i may be seeing the beginning stages of the sensor failing. If i turn off the cl loop afr correction (idle afr target is 14.4) she smooths out. Turn it back on and the idle starts to hunt around . With it off afr is pretty close to target and consistent , idle correction is +/-50rpm. Im also now getting some big swings in afr under acceleration. Time to order a sensor or look else where?
  9. Have G4+ for 05 STi,and an AIM MXS 1.2 , and When using the Transit "Strada" setting my AFR is displaying but as a lambda value, and not the usual AFR Value. Also whats the suggested data rate,20hz was the default.
  10. Hope this isnt too far off topic, but have a customer that was looking at the MXS Strada , but Aim has suggested the MXS 1.2 to use since we need the logger option. Are there any issues or hurdles to tie this into the Link g4+?
  11. Just thought id update my findings. I got speed and gear to work!!!! But only when using GPS for speed and setting up the gear ratios and final drive in Real Dash. If i let it use the default vss my speed seems to be scaled x10! 30mph displays 300mph. Also trying to configure the gauges and tweak the layouts on my S9 using the touch screen is a major pain.
  12. It does have the original 2000 impreza abs pump/module in place. The axles and spindles and speed sensors are 06 sti.
  13. G4+ Subaru Plug n Play - Got this connected and working on my Samsung S9 using the supplied OTG as well as Amazon OTG. For charging im using a wireless car charger/ mount. Only issue im having is Speed and Gear. Gear is calibrated and displays correctly in Pclink, But the real pretty shows N or 6 and nothing else. Also speed shows 300mph vs 30mph, or 650mph vs 65mph roughly. Any ideas?
  14. The car is a USDM 2000 Impreza thats been Harness and Drivetrain swapped to a 2006 STi. minus the transmission. Transmission is 2008 which has no speed sensor, hence the need for the vsspro, so theres no native can data to tie into.
