Hello everyone , We are now working on a Lotus esprit s4 turbo, and our vehicle is equipped with a Link g4 FuryX ecu. We linked the tachometer to aux 9 on our ecu, but it does not function at all. What could be the cause of this, and do you have any diagram ? Have you ever encountered a situation like this before? Hi , I would like to ask a question about wheel speed reading on g4+ ecu. Can we read wheel speed from side abs ring which on the hub bearing via oem abs sensor in g4+ ? thanks a lot.

Hi Adamw , first of all thank you for your answers. We made crank sensor application and change wiring harness for K20 sensors swap to our K24 engine. We connect our timing light for set ignition setup degree but we press starter our engine and timing light didnt work , we tried another timing light in case of malfunction but it didnt work either so this time we put it to the ignition test from ECU and timing light begin to lighting.It doesnt lighting when we press the starter hereby we cant set our ignition start degree.What do you think about why this problem causing ? Do you have any idea? And What should we do ignition start degree in our K24 engine ? thank you for your all interest Best Regards

Hi , I would like to ask question about K20 crank sensor to use our K24 engine. We would like to change our K24 engine's crank sensor pin in wiring harness for applying K20's crank sensor or we will try to use some crankshaft sensor harness jumper adapter so we are wondering about when we do this application , can we run our K24 engine with K20 Link's XtremeX base map ? Can we run into any problems about triggerin (rising/falling) ? and do you have any advice about that ? we will act on your advice. Thank you for your all interest. Best Regards.

Hi Adamw As you suggested, we started the engine in the base s54 triggermode of the Link ecu by making the offset 0 zero.We checked with timing light, there seems to be no problem.We have another important problem. As you can see in the video before, we are running our S54 with ITB and the e-throttle is constantly giving an error. We get the Max % DC limit (code 70 error) and fault code 84 error. Throttle works but when it draws high amperage we get this error. Shall we give up ITB and switch to single body? does this solve the problem? Does Link ecu have base setup for s54 oem ethrottle? We would be very happy if you could make a recommendation. Thanks a lot for your help Best Regards

Hi Adamw We tried to run engine with the trigger mode that the linkecu gave for the s54 engine and the engine didnt running, then we enter our own custom tigger mode and start the engine and it s running . hi Adamw We set the sync and made the engine running with our own trigger setup but what we really wonder, we couldn't trigger the advance gun and we couldnt make the engine runnig with the base trigger setup given by the link for the s54 engine . Now we can running the engine with our own custom trigger setup.We just want to make sure we have the right setup.I am sharing the base trigger setup and my own custom trigger setup scopes in the attacment I also added custom trigger offset BTDC advance setting.Would you check the custom setups I shared? and Do you have any suggestions to improve the setup? Hi Adamw Sorry for the late response , We started our engine but there is a situation like this ; While starting our s54 engine, we had this problem with the base trigger setup given by the link for the s54engine . We entered our own custom trigger arming threshold and trigger setup started cranking. We already know that we have to set it ourselves, but isn't it more correct to run it with the base trigger setup of the link ecu? we don't need ignition module because our coils are audi bosch r8 coils. Another thing we suspect is that the trigger offset on the s54 basemap is locked at 274 degrees. Could it be related to the advance calibration ?

We made the wiring change you recommended on the crank sensor. But the ignition is stable when starting the engine, then it becomes irregular.We tried to change the trigger erming threshold, but we still couldn't find a solution. Hi Adamw I share our pinouts of the crank and camshaft sensor's sockets to attachment so according to the information you shared with us, we think that we have done wrong wiring somewhere, but we don't have a wiring diagram for the s54 crank and camshaft sensors. Would you share with us if there is a wiring diagram for these sensors ? In the picture I shared, our wiring is as follows ; CRANK SENSOR Yellow - signal Black - GRND CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR Red - 12v White - signal Brown - GRND Many thanks for your help in advance , BEST REGARDS

Hi , First of all thank you for your all interests, We work on S54 engıne and upload link trigger base map to our ecu . Today we try to start up our engine but we encounter spark firing problem and injection.We did all injection tests and firing tests when we start up engine trigger signal's YES green light up but we don't see injection and firing's signals. We get from these information from factory and they said they would give new ID messages else if this wasnt working. and really thank you for your help and interest probably as soon as possible they reach new ID and information to us and i will send new message and share new infos to you for solution.
