  1. Hi All, I hope someone can clarify something for me. I have a full kit ready to be built in my 91 St185, but have some confusion about connecting the Link 4 Bar map sensor. I think I should swap it with the factory one but... the factory has 2 sensor outputs and a ground (Brown) input, 1 sensor wire goes to ECU PIM pin & Boost Gauge in dash (Red-White), the other to ECU VC pin & AFM and Throttle sensor (Pink-Blue). The explanations for VC and PIM are pretty much the same: - VC: Turbo charging pressure sensor signal - PIM: Signal from the turbo sensor, also drives the boost gauge So if I can replace directly, is the VC the +5V? Or do I disconnect the factory MAP and need the expansion loom to make this work? Hop someone can clear my confusion :s With kind regards, Mystefyer

    Sr20det Stalling

Hey guys Im running a Link4 G plus For some reason my s15 sr20det stalls straight after starting it. Was running mint and suddely happended out of nowhere. Few attempts later i get an fault code, 17 which is " AN V3 at GND" (Map sensor) Contacted Link techicnal support and they pretty much tried to find the problem thru teamviewer with my laptop plugged in, They deleted the error code but the problem is still there. The car keeps stalling. Any ideas on what it could be? I've tried adjusting the idle control screw and no luck.
  3. having trouble with 2011 Yamaha R1 motor on methanol, i think the map sensor maybe faulty has inbuilt one in ecu, while free reving when i go to jump on throttle seems to just fuel up and wont pick revs up. but if i unplug vac hose to ecu it free revs nice and idles better, but when load on motor ie driving still just fuels up and wont rev over 8000rpm, vac hose seems good no leaks and not blocked any ideas brought car all set up i have tryed to load up software but always says ecu too old even when i load the oldest software for 4g on link site any ideas on how to test it manually
  4. Hi everyone, I am just about to wire in my link atom and was wondering how I can change the settings on the stock s15 sr20det tune from afm to map sensor? I am used to using the adaptronic software with my old ecu but the Link stuff seems a bit more advanced so I am in need of a hand. Thank you in advance.
  5. Good afternoon, I have had a Link G4 in my r32 for a while now and have just gone from an RB25/30 to an RB26 in my r32 gts4. The whole loom and drive line has been converted over. I'm currently running a Garrett T04z and would like to push the engine setup beyond the realms of the On board 1.5 bar map sensor. I would also like to do this without potentially having an aftermarket boost controller and just be able to run it directly from the on board computer. Is there a map sensor that I can upgrade too on the board itself? I do have an extension cable for the IAT that had to be mounted for the old setup, to which i no longer need for that for obvious reasons. My Link G4 is the equivalent to the Vipec V44, its a 2008 in it, maybe 2009, any and all help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Rob.
