What model & year is your pedal from?

Here is some generic GM ethrottle pedal info. Maybe one of the pinouts looks like your pedal

run the link, run 5v to the 2x 5v ref pins, sensor ground to the 2x ground pins, and then 2x free ANVolt inputs to the 2x APP sginal pins. If you have a pedal with 3x outputs, just ignore the 3rd one.

It looks like you havent run calibration on either the pedal or the TPS

Or go to the ecu controls -> TPS setup menu.

the voltages your APS is showing look believable, its just not calibrated right. TPS might be wired ok, but its very hard to tell when the APS calibration is clearly wrong
