bradsm87
I'd love to be able to temporarily display user-configurable parameters on the tacho. Eg. if I press a momentary switch (or switch a switch), the tacho temporarily displays oil temperature with a user-configurable scale. As a pulsed output with tacho position proportional to the pulse frequency, it seems like something that could possibly be easy to implement? Some things aren't worth the extra cost and complexity of an extra gauge but handy to be able to quickly check without having to pull the laptop out! Vaughan
Example of how this could be done on a G4X using Aux 1 as the tacho output, anv 1 as the oil pressure and DI1 as the switch Tacho as gauge.pclx mapper and TechDave

It's simple once you look at it already done but I never would have thought of doing it that way. Cheers! Vaughan
