h82lose91 Posted May 26, 2020 Report Share Posted May 26, 2020 Not sure what has happened but it appears AUX 4 Output for Wastegate Solenoid has decided to go to ground permanently. Tried testing the output by switching conditions etc, and nothing changes. Wondered why the car was trying to overboost constantly. Any issues with moving this output to Ign 6 thats not being used? This on an EVO8 Plug and Play. All wiring was inspected and replaced anyways to the solenoid no issues were found. Thanks. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Vaughan Posted May 26, 2020 Report Share Posted May 26, 2020 Aux 4 is Wastegate Solenoid in the earlier evo 4-8 plugins, Ign 6 is Wastegate Solenoid in the later evo4-8 plugins that are ethrottle capable.
