Can you tell me the correct injector deadtimes for 550cc denso 195500-1370 low impedance tan tops? And what will be the correct dwell times for a single ignition coil with distributor on 4 cylinders. Raising injector dead times help me to soften idle, but i have a missfire past 5000rpm and i have modified dwell times from 2,5 to 5ms with no results, and i don't know if i must go furher this values because of only one coil for the 4 cylinders. Simon Posted June 9, 2009 Report Share Posted June 9, 2009 The Dwell will depend on the coil you are running. Injector wise if you leave the dead times as the defaults. It should be able to give you an ok state of tune. The dwell times really only come into effect or are noticed when the battery voltage is not stable.
