Brad Hansen
just a quick question as to whether or not trigger cables have specific rules regarding where and how they must be routed. reason for asking is i have a main alternator charge lead running along the top of my 13b block and i plan on also running my loom parellel to this lead (although wrapped seperately not together); trigger pickup will be a hall effect sensor on a 36-tooth wheel if that matters? Scott
Hi Brad, For your trigger cables it is recommended to use shielded cable. Also try to avoid running the trigger cable along side your alternator, starter or HT ignition cables. I know this isn't always easy to do, but it is the ideal. Cheers, Scott. Scott
Hi again Brad, Yes, best if your knock wiring is shielded and not run parallel to any high current/voltage cables. Regards, Scott.
