Guest SHURA Posted February 2, 2009 Report Share Posted February 2, 2009 Hello! My problem(Motor on idle. ECU 88 connected): If i corrected 'master' and pressed Enter - AFR changes at once. Good. But If i corrected active cell and around in fuel table (ex. value 40 to value 30, 40 to 70...any) - there is not a reaction in AFR. I restart Vipec soft, connect to ECU - loaded from ECU fuel table content new value 30 (70), but ECU use value 40 (from some secret table ). It appeared recently (in 4.2 and 4.3 version). rayhall Posted February 2, 2009 Report Share Posted February 2, 2009 The master should not be changed all the time. This should only be set when you first start the engine. After that you do not change it unless you change injector size or fuel pressure. When you make a change to values you must press the Enter key for the change to take effect. Typing in a new value will be ignored if not followed by Enter key. Also for changes to be there next time you go online you must lock the changes in the ECU. You do this by pressing F4.
