ok, so i have wired up the dbw as per the diagrams provided

with ignition on :

TPS main - 0.98v

TPS Sub - 2.60v

FPS Main - 0.48v

FPS Sub - 0.97v

TP main shows 7.8%

TP Sub shows 100%

FP main shows 10%

FP sub shows 100%

if i move the foot pedal all the way down, i see the voltages change to 1.74v Main and 3.52v Sub

the FP main changes to 35%

fp sub stays where it is at 100%

throttle plate doesnt move, tps main or sub dont move

in the e-throttle part of the tree if i do a throttle test the throttle plate moves the tp doesnt change in the e-throttle tab. but it runs through the test routing and comes back with a : TPS (Main) Calibrated.

there isnt any detail of what else to set in the manual ...

any pointers ??

The dealers were given detailed information on setting up the DBW. I would rather you contacted your dealer and have them to step you though the setup. This is an advanced feature and dealers are required to do DBW setups or closely support their customers with the setup.

The minimum and maximum values for the FPS and TPS need to be calculated based on the voltage values. The voltages need to be converted to ADC 10 bit values. The throttle will not work until all of the settings are 100% correct.

Ray.
