JayL
Wirings on the plug have snapped... Curious if I can buy a replacement pigtail from somewhere? Is it a generic plug? As it looks to be a smaller version of a PCI Express plug...
Simon
Hi The plug is a generic plug so a electronics place might be able to source one for you. Or we can offer a strengthened replacement loom.
JayL
Hi Simon, Just went down to Jaycar and no go... Can you perhaps point me in the direction of where to source one? Type of plug? PCB Rev 4.0 if this helps, broke very easily... Thanks, Jay
Adamw
Looks very much like a Molex micro-fit 3.0 to me. You will be able to get them from someone like RS components, Digikey or Mouser. I would look closely at the drawings for P/N 43025-0600 (6pin receptacle) 43025-0200 (2pin receptacle) 43030-0001 (terminals) You will probably need to by a minimum of 100 terminals but they should be cheap.
