Dennis Ng Posted February 11, 2009 Report Share Posted February 11, 2009 Hi all I am installing a G4 Xtreme on a 2004 Subaru at the moment. Due to my past experiences, I have swapped out the original crank and cam triggers (reluctor triggers) for Motec GT101 Hall effect sensors. I can't seem to get the PC Link software to read the GT101 sensors. I have selected Optical/Hall effect on the trigger type but it keeps jumping back every time. Is there some wrong with the PCLink software or is it a case of the trigger patterns and sensor types being locked once you choose an OEM trigger mode? Thanks! Stevieturbo Posted March 3, 2009 Report Share Posted March 3, 2009 Werent the factory sensors working ? Ive never had problems with them, on any ecu. Although havent tired the latest Link yet.
