Boyd Westbury Posted March 28, 2012 Report Share Posted March 28, 2012 gidday im running a link g4 plug in and a link igniter for wasted spark on my rb30et, and the rev counter dosnt read properly now , i was wondering if you have a fix for this to make it read again, it goes but is really jumpy and only seems to work when the car is on load, i am using the pink wire off the back of the igniter  cheers boyd Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If yes it is possibly a connection issue between the pink output of the ignitor and the rev counter, check your connections there. If they are ok then either the ignitor tacho output is faulty or your rev counter is faulty. If you have access to a scope you could check the signal coming out of the ignitor.
