Vi-pec V88 - great deal for this project - no problems at all with Ecu or software. G.
rayhall
At the start of the video there is the sound of an exhaust leak or ignition lead that is off a spark plug. Then I can see what looks like and ignition lead sparking ? Ray.

Then I can see what looks like and ignition lead sparking ? Ray. It looks like a timing light of some sort, in the picture below it looks like it comes from where the wires go into the coupling to the left of the cam wheel cover , the noise you can hear is the valvetrain noise. Typical for the older BMW motors from the eccentric rocker adjustments. Great project though! There will be another BMW project added soon enough Hy, New pictures still in progress ...

Then I can see what looks like and ignition lead sparking ? Ray. Hy, Yes you are right. At the start of the movie is a exhaust leak noise - at cilinder 1 - i will fix this in winter becouse is a lot to work on it. About the light - is a LED showing that the cam trigger2 sensor works for syncronisations.

Guest |245|
I have a mulit gauge from the same brand in my Nissan Silvia S14, the name is MGLavionics. They have all kinds of gauges in different shapes and configuration. Mine shows 4x EGT, oil pressure, oil temperature, rpm, voltage and counts engine hours in one gauge. It has adjustable warning for each channel, both high an low, and a output to activate a relay for a warning light. To the car, it is very nice. Very funny to see that you have chosen prettymuch the exact same color for your rear subframe as i have done on mine 8-)
