Scott
The user configurable CAN setup was a VI-PEC only feature. However, on the last version of VTS (V 4.10.2) it may be possible to open your Link ECU (or offline base-map) in VTS. This may allow you to setup the User configurable CAN. gijsje
i have now installed the VTS (V 4.10.2) and did try to make a new lcc file and edit an existing lcc file but with both i do get the same message that it was not made with the link software and then it does not load Is there a way to enable this option in the link G4 software? Scott
It looks like this is not going to work for you. Development on the G4/VX range of the ECUs stopped some time ago, so this is unlikely to change. What device are you trying to communicate with? Scott
Although you can not do a user CAN setup, from memory I believe you can load the 'Generic Dash' file. This is more limited, but still has most important parameters. Another option would be to use the Serial output.
