5.5.7.3051 Table issue

Recommended Posts

Just sat down to do some new configuration and found a new bug in the new firmware.

Have not tried all but Calibration Tables 7-10 are having weird axis issues.

Try and set them up and they automatically scale nicely. Try and set the values manually and you get errors saying values too big (over 0) or too small (under 0).

No change there as the last few release have be purely software.

There is a fix coming but it will be a firmware based one.

Are you using volts or ohms? Which unit type?

Volts and Ohms will not be able to go negative. I just tried a negative Celsius value and seems to work well for me.

Ah yeah, the cal tables for 1 to 3 work differently. They have the Output units on the axis, and the ohms (or volts) in the cells.

thought about it longer.

If limiting on Fuel only the limit will not activate if the Inj DC is over 100%.

It is not often an issue as one should never be running an engine with the injectors going over 100%. If this is the case the injectors are too small or there are other fuel supply issues.

There is a fix coming.
