hspeck
Hi, I was looking at the base map I have in my Nissan R32 Gt-R plug in ECU and saw that the AC Step table Y-axis is ECT, X-axis is a range of numbers from 24.5-25.5. In the table the cells are all 25 from ECT 0-100 degrees. And for the Startup Step Table, likewise the Y-axis is ECT, X-axis is a range of numbers from 11.5-12.5, and the cells are all 12 from 0-100 degrees celsius.I would like to know, what does the number in the X-axis represents? I was thinking that they should be percentage, but I doubt there is an adjusting for up to 25%.
Scott
Hi, normally the AC Step table should be an x axis only table, with ECT as the axis. The numbers in the table represent the additional amount of ISC solenoid duty cycle or ISC Stepper motor steps that will be applied when AC Clutch is engaged by the ECU. Because the R32 GTR has an ISC solenoid this will be additional duty cycle %. 25% would be very high for AC normally, and this will likely need to be reduced. Startup table values will vary from engine to engine, but 10 is not an unusual value.Scott.
