S13 sr20det running on two cylinders

Rite I've got a 91 s13 sr20det just installed a g4+ s15 ecu set it all up and every thing checks out .we set timing up and trigger offset now it will start but only running on two cylinders .do I need to swap jumpers on board and /or swap ignition wires 1 and 2 .any ideas cheers

On the S15 plug-in ECU Ign 2, 3, and 4 do go through the jumper pins, so there is a good chance the jumpers may need to be adjusted. If engine speed is reading correctly in PCLink then that means you have the 4 mini switches correct. Try setting the jumpers in whatever position they are not currently in, as per this image.

Tried swapping all jumpers around ended up with no tacho and no 3/4 coil packs. Swapped them back now have all coils ,injectors  and tacho now but still running on two.could it be fuel?brand new 1000cc injectors

Try using the Ignition Test function (ECU Settings > Ignition > Ignition Setup > Ignition Test) to verify if you have spark to each plug. Likewise you can use ECU Settings > Fuel Fuel Setup > Injector Test to verify that each injector is activating.
