PitBull
Does logging every possible parameter reduce the # of samples logged, in a given time period, for each parameter?i.e. can it saturate the bandwidth and start dropping data points if I log too many parameters? Scott
When using PC Logging if you log every parameter then the logging rate will reduce. However the difference is quite small when you consider the number of parameters. On my laptop:PCLogging all parameters with the 'Save unchanged point' box checked I was getting a logging frequency of 31 Hz.PCLogging only the MAP parameter with the 'Save unchanged point' box checked I was getting a logging frequency of 34.48 Hz.Your communication rate with your ECU (as seen in top right corner of PCLink) will have an effect, as will choosing to save unchanged data points.Scott
