Chan
I'm making a harness for G4 force GDI, but I found the wiring Information has two 14v pins, one is 14v bat, one is 14 ignition, what's the difference between them? And 14v ignition is a power output, can I just use it for some sensor that goes 14v?
Scott
Hi Chan,I believe we talked on the web chat. Just for anyone else who wants to know. The '+14V Bat' needs to be connected to the battery + terminal through a 15 amp fuse. The '+14V' gets connected to an ignition switched power supply, normally this would be via a main relay.Scott
Chan
This confused me for a time haha, think I can put these two wires together and use one switch to control it.
Simon
The Hot feed needs to be a hot feed direct from the battery it should not be switched. The reason for this is to avoid any possible voltage drops and in turn issues around the injector control.
