injector dynamics setup

Hi Elia,

You can enter the short pulse width data into the i88 Audi TT ECU. The correct location for this is ECU Settings > Fuel > Fuel Setup > Injector Setup > Injector Short Pulse Width Adder Table

If you do not have this table visible you may need to upgrade your ECU firmware.

Hi,

Thank you very much!

I upgrade the ecu firmware and I use GM Characterization data tables because with Link Characterization tables the numbers do not match

I use a 2D Deadtime table with fuellab 1:1 regulator

Is it right? or is better use a 3D Deadtime table?

I set the min effective pulse width to 0.1250ms , is it right?

thanks!!

With a 1:1 fuel pressure regulator you can use a 2D deadtime table as the fuel pressure should be consistent to manifold pressure. If you have a fuel pressure sensor wired to the ECU you could consider adding differential fuel pressure as an axis on a 3D injector deadtime table.

Yes, that is the correct minimum effective pulsewidth according to the data from Injector Dynamics.
