Firmware update fail

Damn. I was sure that would take care of it.

When you close PCLink, do you get a window that pops up and says "Abnormal Program Termination"?

Can you go to the firmware folder, if the tempqw file is there, can you delete it and try again?

If that doesn't work can you do what you did earlier:

  1. Go to C:\Link G4\PCLink G4 and right mouse click on "Firmware", go properties.
  2. Open the Security tab, click on 'Advanced'.
  3. Take a screenshot of the window that opens and post it here or email it to tech support.

No.

It closes normally except show pop up window display "cant save...." (forgot exactly) when make some changes

to PCLink such as from manual to auto connection.

I dont check PCLink folder.

We will try again this afternoon.

No access to ECU right now (still at work).
