V44 Anti lag settings

Recommended Posts

Below is an example set up.

In this example I have my antilag switch connected to DI1, my EGT is connected to AN Volt2, and my throttle kicker connected to Aux 1.

I have set the antilag arming to be "Virtual Aux 1".  I have then set up Virtual Aux 1 so it is only enabled when the anti lag switch is turned on and the EGT is below 800°C - that means if EGT goes above this value the AL will turn off.

All off these tables are only very broad starting points, you will have to tune all of them to get the desired effect without to much "overrun push".  Dont forget you will have no vacuum for brakes so you will have to fit a pedal box or a vacuum tank and electric vacuum pump.
