Adzn3k Posted July 23, 2017 Report Share Posted July 23, 2017 Hi guys,I've fitted 1zz coils to my st205 with a link g4+ plug in using the triggers in the distributor.After wiring it all in and testing the coils to make sure it all worked it wouldn't run a bit of a search on here came up saying to change the trigger offset to 360 and it fired up. I'm currently waiting on a new timing gun to check the timing properly (turns out 3 year old toddlers thing they are toys doh!) The settings for the coils are what the ecu is set to from factory when direct spark is selected and I'm not sure if they are right as searching about comes up with different settings/dwell times for these coils.
