Guest |346|
Hey guys, We finished this up a while back and figured we share some pictures. The V44 is amazingly easy to set-up and tune! We're using the unit to control the water/methanol injection system complete with automatic map switching. We have also set-up the flat shift, launch control, and idle control on the stock internal stepper throttle body. The build is a standard 1.8 with pistons and rods and the head has CAT cams and springs. Thanks for all the help Ray - we love the products! bsh
Very nice power! What cams are you using and are the head ported? How did you setup so you can use the standard TB controlling idle speed? Ben Stian
Guest |469|
Hi, I am currently Building a 1.8t AEB out of an Audi a4. I am swapping it into a VW rabbit Autocross car. Gt3071R and the Vipec V44. Where did you get a starter map or did you tune from scratch? THanks J
