AEM CD-7 digital display

Recommended Posts

Hello.
I am using AEM CD-7 for WRXLINK
I want to display exhaust temperature, fuel temperature and analog voltage on the CD-7 but I can not do it now
I confirmed, but because it is not in "Transmit Generic Dash", can you add it?

Thank you

Yes, it can be done.  Attach your .cd7 configuration and I will set up the basics.  What analog channel did you want to broadcast?  Do you just want to broadcast the raw voltage or some calibrated value/unit?

Do you upload my CD7 configuration file to the forum?
Or do you capture the setting screen of CD 7 and upload it?

If raw voltage of analog voltage 1 to 11 can be sent, it can convert with CD 7 and display the exhaust temperature

In addition, I am glad if I could send the calibrated value to CD 7

Thank you

Ok, ecu and dash configs attached below.  A couple of comments about your ECU setup:

  1. You didnt have any CAN set up so I dont know what CAN port you have wired the dash to.  I have assumed CAN 1 and done all set up on CAN 1.
  2. AN Volt 6 is set up as a temp input but your cal table 7 is set up for KPa units.  You will need to set this to °C for the CAN to work properly.
  3. AN Volt 7 is set up as "Alternator %" but the cal table 9 is again set up for Kpa units.  You will need to set this to % for the CAN to work properly.  Also the error high value on AN Volt 7 needs to be set to non zero to allow it to work.
  4. The error high value on AN Volt 10 needs to be set to non zero to allow it to work.
