lostsoul Posted August 7, 2018 Report Share Posted August 7, 2018 I have gone through the Gear Calibration procedure and got the "Finished" message for each gear. However when the car is out on the road the "gear status" remains at "0". Can someone check my pclr. file to see if I have missed something? Adamw Posted August 8, 2018 Report Share Posted August 8, 2018 Seems to look ok to me but with the "normalise ratio table" turned on I dont get to see all the relevant info. Can you do the cal again with that turned off and give us a log. I tested your tune on the bench. With a 3000RPM and 30kmh input signal into the ecu, the software displayed 1st gear. with 3000RPM, 50kmh = 2nd. 3000RPM, 70Kmh showed 3rd.
