Thats a bit of a broad question for a simple operation, which bit are you stuck on?  Usually it would involve fitting fuel rail that has both an inlet and outlet, then fitting a regulator onto the outlet end of the fuel rail, then a hose from the outlet port of the reg back to the tank.  The original regulator in the back of the car will need to be removed/bypassed.

I have a return line set up on my R53 to run a flex fuel sensor on the return side. Like adam mentioned you will need to connect a regulator on the return side and then feed the hose back into the fuel tank.   Revolution Mini Works has all the parts you'll need for install.
