Wideband display problems

Recommended Posts

Basically my wideband works fine for the 1st say 15 seconds then just loses its mind and jumps to 32.1 AFR lol.1064894494_Screenshot_20190407-130240_VideoPlayer.thumb.jpg.b86d6b37bc97c9148893bf04caa77118.jpg498580147_Screenshot_20190407-130211_VideoPlayer.thumb.jpg.c9255ab80cde938521e284574fbd43c0.jpg

Any ideas?

Wideband is innovative LC2. There are no codes showing on the link. I'm kind of thinking bad sensor but just wondered if anything I've done with the ecu could cause this?

Thanks

It sounds like typcal innovate behaviour to me but a couple of suggestions.  Check the Analog input error high/low settings, I would set them to low = 0.0 and high = 5.0 to prevent them from interfering.  Then next time it does it have a look at the status LED on the LC2 if it is flashing red it is an error code.

I always like to set the Analog input error high/low at 0.05V - 4.95V.
Might need to set up a calc table to get it reading accurately.
Keep in mind, if setup in a calc table, your A&B voltage should be as stated from your WB02 manufacture specs. Sometimes they won't be 0.05-4.95.
